My name is Jessica and I am 28 years old. I live on Long Island with my amazing husband, two adorable dogs, and an outside cat.
When I first started this blog, I felt pressure to write longer more in-depth posts about my life and different fitness-related topics. That turned me off to blogging. I have since then resolved to stop trying to "please the audience", just document small bits of my day, and post about things that interest me.
