As someone who is trying to get fit, you would think that I would be posting what I eat everyday.
I mean, I post my workouts. Why am I not posting my food?

Plain and simple,
I am plain and simple.
I am a creature of habit.
It would get mighty boring for you to keep reading the same things over and over.

So for those who are interested, here is a list of the things I normally eat in a day:
Breakfast
- yogurt and granola, or
- a protein bar (normally a Luna Bar)
Lunch
- A salad** (homemade), or
- Turkey, lettuce, tomato and cheese wrap (homemade), or
- A subway sandwhich (if I did not go shopping)
Snacks (any of these; sometimes one in the morning, always one in the afternoon)
- berries (straw, blue, rasp)
- watermelon
- cantaloupe
- pirate’s booty
- black bean chips
- pretzels
- baby carrots
Dinner (This changes pretty frequently. If it is ever anything exciting, I will post it for you; don’t you worry!)
**I get made fun of a lot, because people say my salads don’t count as “salads”. I don’t really enjoy this stuff:

So my salads are really just big bowls of veggies.
I think that counts, don’t you?
